Description: Bedroom apartment heat and hot water are included. As APARTMENTMAN (TM) sits at his desk the 'A' phone rings. (That's APARTMENTMAN (TM) phone for all of you not familiar with superhero communications techniques.) As APARTMENTMAN (TM) picks up the phone, a booming voice announces,

'This is Thor, God of Thunder, and I need a two bedroom apartment near Longwood Avenue for myself and my mortal alter ego Dr Don Blake.' (If you are not familiar with Marvel Comics Dr Don Blake is a smallish doctor who walks with the aid of a cane and when he bangs his cane on the ground three times, voila, he becomes Thor, Prince of Asgard, Son of Odin, God of Thunder and all around good guy super hero) . APARTMENTMAN (TM) stops, stutters, and slowly responds,

" How come you need a two bedroom if it's just yourself and and your alter ego ?' 'I mean you're the same guy right ?

'Do not question me mortal, comes the imperious reply, Dr Blake and I need our own rooms. ' Sensing an acute identity crisis, our aficionado of apartments decides that if 1 guy, with two identities, thinks he needs a two bedroom apartment , then heh, as long as they get along what's the problem. So here it is.

DIMENSIONS/ DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENT
Top/ fourth floor of completely renovated building. . You enter the apartment into the foyer which opens into the kitchen.( The foyer is 5ft x15ft) The floor is an antique tongue and groove hardwood floor that has been recently sanded and refinished so that it shines like new. There are newly installed vinyl windows throughout that keep the apartment filled with light and free from the drafts the drive tenants crazy. To the right of the entranceway is the 1st bedroom which measures 12 feet x 11 feet with 2 windows and 1 closet. This apartment faces north and does get a great deal of sun in all the rooms except the living room and kitchen. (You don't really care about the kitchen cuz how much time do you spend there anyway.) Straight ahead from the entranceway is the living room which measures 10 feet x 8 feet with one window and 'nightmare of all nightmares a carpeted floor'. The second bedroom is to the right of the living room and measures 13 feet x 11 feet with 3 windows. To the right of the second bedroom is the bathroom which measures 9 feet x 4.5 feet with pewter pulls on the newly renovated cabinets. Now you are wondering about the kitchen aren't you ?? Well the kitchen is along the entranceway/foyer. Now you may think this unusual but actually if you think about it you will see how it is s a great conversation starter. You invite a guest over after grocery shopping. He/she walks in with your groceries in hand and blurts out 'Wow, your kitchen is right here in the hallway.' You then reply 'yep, by the way do you like to cook .' If he/she says 'yes' then you say 'well how about making dinner.' What can he/she say ? With a yes answer you can sit back and watch while your meal is created. With a no answer you can just say thanks for helping me carry the groceries upstairs and goodbye since you don't want to be with someone who can't cook. In any event the kitchen measures 15 feet x 5 feet with gas range and new cabinets featuring gold pull knobs. I don't know why gold but that is the way it is. laundry on the basement.
